A-Arms bushings

How the heck do you get the a-arm bushings out of 86 250r a-arms!!! I have 2 set, one with stock and the other with poly bushings and I can't get either set out!!! Help!!! Any ideas!!:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

if there like the 400ex a arms they have little c clips on them u have to pop out. good luck there a real pain to get out.
