Its is basically new and is textured black. it is adj at the heims and the seat pins in front. included is a lonestar hd latch. not to crazy bout selling but could use the money for another build this winter. I Still have it. Would trade for a new dominator 2 450r axle or one in excellent condition. Will intertain reasonable offers. I think you can run it on 04-05 as long as u have an 06+ grab bar. Thanks.
