Is there still a company who makes 400ex geometry frames for yz426 or well any swaps for that matter. I have a killer 400ex and obviously that dinosaur of a motor holds me back. If a company still makes a frame that i can swap everything over onto and not have to do a hybrid build that would be good for me. haha, thanks in advance for the help

Houser use to make the frame you are asking about. They no longer do so you'd have to find them used. Another option is East Coast ATV / Gibson... for a while they were converting 400ex frames to take the 426 motor (its pretty easy actually) May want to contact them because they could rework that stock frame

If you don't mind spending the money on a new frame then HREATV.com is your place to go. However, why you would go with a YZ426 is beyond me when it's already past 7 years old.
That is when parts are discontinued like crazy. GO with something new and maybe the fuel injected bike motors could work.

Mike at HRE definitely builds quality products and I'd recommend him as well. Just depends on what you want to go with. I personally like the old 426 motor but that's because I had the bike myself back then and it brings back memories

I love the 426, but I like the new motors too. The 426 is reliable and cheap so why not
