Have a set off a R, will work on a 400ex. These are used but work fine. Springs have some chipped paint, but I never worried about it as I had shock covers over them. The also have the remote resi's, were polished at some time, still look very nice, esp with black spring covers on them. Not sure what they were set up for, I am a 220lb guy and for trailing they worked just fine. Pm me with interest, pricing. 16''s from eye to eye, standard travel.
