Thoughts on a LOBO swingarm?

Hello guys, I'm about to buy a '07 450r with a Lobo swingarm set up for motocross.
Do any of you have any knowledge of how well or not well they work?
The current owner stated that Lobo made a limited run on these...for some pretty big names.

I have some friends that have Roll swingarms on their bikes , 2005 lenght. Look good but nothing more and they dont like the chain roller they use on them,.
