decompression parts

Does anyone know where to find parts to this. Its the thing that bolts onto the end of the cam. Mine was missing I guess its a weight thing and a pin or something like that. I bought tis bike for cheap but turns out what I didn't spend on the base price im picking up in parts.

any Honda parts dealer should be able to help ...or just look at a microfiche and you will see what your missing
unless you show us a pic we cant tell which parts are missing

sounds like a 08 up ?
