Caliper help!!!

The slide on my rear brake caliper is froze up. How do I get it off and un seized? I dont have the closest clue with calipers. Come to find out one of the bolts for the slide is stripped. Cant get the ******* out. I attached a pic of the stripped bolt

If that allen is stripped then you're pretty much screwed. You could try vise grips if you can get them to bite it, or weld a bolt on it and loosening it with that, but I doubt that will work either. I had a bolt in my rear caliper freeze up awhile back and couldn't get it out for anything. I ended up just buying a used caliper off of eBay.
