anyone with a 250EX READ!

anybody that has any of theese mods for the 250EX could you post how well they worked and what kind of power gains you got as well as any top end speed increase. thanks

gearing ultimatly determines top-speed, and the mods you listed will just help you get there faster.

gearing will have the most effect on top speed... but mods will help even with stock gearing

my lil brother has a 250ex ( used to be mine ) and while i had it i put a big gun full exhaust one it as well as a dyno jet kit and a uni-filter.... it helped a lot in the power but still no were near my 400 i got last yr.... :devil

yea i no the pipe isn't giving any more mph's, but will the pow roll kit give any more top end or will the rev limiter kick in and kill it?

there is no way you can get more top end unless you change your gearing. the powroll kit will just get you there faster like others have said. same with all the other mods. you will have to change your gearing in order to get a higher top speed. i wouldnt mess with it if i were you though. just sell your 250 and buy a quad that has a chain drive so you can change the gearing more easily if your really looking for top speed. if you do tracks and trails get some of that stuff and it will help alot!

Do the hop ups, then put on 22" tires to give you more top speed.
