So I got to tare my 440 down and I toasted the cam/rockers. So i'm doing a complete rebulid of my motor.
My set up right now is a stage 2 cam with the 440 kit with stock compresson piston k&n jetter and white bro e seriers pipe . It runs good but it's more on the top end, and I want more bottom end grunt.
So I got to get a cam, what one is the best for what i'm wanting to do. I read that the xr 400 cam is good for bottom end but will I need a stock or stager 2/3 Or should I go with a 400ex stage 3 cam? allso wanting to bump my compresson up some but want to stay on pump gas.
Allso wanted to upgrade to the 450 carb, Is a honda carb the onley one that will work? I can get a yfz one for next to nothing.
