Engine
FRESH (2hrs max)Fully built HOT QUADS (National Level) MACH 1 R/T 70 with extensive custom ported cases and cylinder, Stage 6 R/T crankshaft and 85mm rod, Ceramic crank bearings, Stage 6 PVL, Mach 1 pipe for the Stage 6 R/T 70 (ceramic coated), Mach 1 silencer bracket, Dr Pulley variator with many different weighted NEW Malossi rollers, Kombat hyper lite water pump drive kit, Brand new water pump, V-Force 3 carbon fiber reeds, Custom one off billet intake and spacer, Stage 6 28mm carb with the Toyo bowl mod (tons of different jets and needles) Stage 6 fully adjustable racing clutch, DC slipper clutch, Mach1 stator cover, vented cvt side cover with a outerwears cover and a custom K&N filter mounted where the starter was, Malossi Kevlar belt, Koso 1500 torque spring, welded transmission gears, DC billet transmission cover. Custom billet raised engine mounts, Trail Tech (hr meter, tach, and max rpm) Yamaha YFZ oversized aluminum radiator. I can guarantee you that there isn't another 70 going to pull away from this machine on the track!
Frame & Suspension
The frame was bought new 2 seasons ago(when it was a 50) and fully gusseted at the time and powder coated semi gloss black. The a-arms are JB Racing (Gen II)LT units, that are in very good condition. They do have some minor nicks in the powder coating but nothing major. The steering stem is a +1 anti vibe unit from JB Racing and has a ATV Four Play steering stem support mounting it to the frame, The bars are ATV Four Play anti vibe soft bars, the grips are ODI clamp on units, Brand new throttle cable, YFZ adjustable hand brake levers, stainless steel braided front brake lines, The swing arm is a JB Racing (Gen II) LT unit and also in very good condition, Maximium RPM chain tensioner, Dominator II axle, The shocks are Fox units all the way around and have been just serviced with the newest valving by Fox 2 hrs ago for a 80lb mx rider and are rebound and compression adjustable. The fronts shocks are Fox Floats X and the rear is a Fox Podium X. The wheels are DWT’s (the black rear wheels in the picture will be changed out for a polished set)and have Maxxis Razr Cross tires front and rear with like 85% tread life remaining. Mach 1 Pro race gripper seat cover, Mach 1 rear number plate bracket. XFR front bumper and XFR Pro peg nerf bars. I know I’m forgetting a lot. This machine is fresh with maybe 40 minutes max of race time on it. The Trail Tech hr meter has 2.1hrs on it and that was put on when the engine was built and that includes the break in/ heat cycle period. You will not find a better built machine for the price Guaranteed!! I built this quad with the latest and greatest parts and no expense was spared.
