no i put more than an axle i put on a axle ,shockwears ,speedometer ,skid plate ,rotar ,grips ,grip glue ,tires and rotar hub

i think i noticed the most power in the bottom end but i really could not tell because i had just put my 13 tooth on and i really wasnt used to it:huh
