What is the fastest route ? any tips would be appreciated.....

my grandparents are going to KC this weekend i ll ask them which way is the best. we live about 1 hr east of waynoka

Head down the turnpike going to OKC, get off at the Medford, OK exit to Hwy11 and take that West to Alva. Keep going West through Alva about 5-10 miles (dont know the hwy #, just know the road), there is a road sign that says Waynoka (east) 12 (or 15) miles. Go South through Waynoka, about 4 miles past Waynoka you will see the Land of Sand!

Hey guys,,,,,
I made it down to the land of the sand. Took 35 down to Wichita and then went west on 54/400 over to pratt and then down 281 it was a snap with good roads and little traffic. Sand was rough but we still had a good time..

It was a good weekend on the sand, little rough, but the wind Sunday took care of that! It was a busy weekend, but very fun like always!
