im afraid being old isnt as bad as feeling old:( i have 2 more doctor visits next week...they are trying to operate on my disc but i wont let them. everyone i know has told me NOT to let them fuse my disc's. so i have good days and bad im afraid:p i dont see depends in my future so thats a plus:D

hey pappy I have major L4\5 and L5 disc degeneration and herniation
had part of L4\5 removed at 22 years old and now at 27 having problems again [no back pain : all leg pain]
here is the alternative I found instead of surgery www.vaxd.net
I have been going through this procedure since Nov. and I'm about 70% better.It just takes a long time for things to heal even if you go the surgery route.VAXD only works for low back, so if that is where your problem is talk to your doctor.This is the best alternative to surgery I have found.Hope I could help.

well i suffer from extreme muscle spasms in my lower back. i have had 1 hernia removed and now have another one. when i got hurt last year they did a MRI and found a degeneritive disc and a cracked vertebra next to it:( they said thats the reason for the spasms cuz im compensating for the pain in the disc's. the cracked one is healed about as well as it will ever get and they think fusing the 2 together will help. unfortunately i will lose 30% of my spines ability to flex. ive had several meetings and all of them are sayin the same thing. my personal doc sez screw them....hold out as long as i can.

damn..pappy . it takes me 3 or 4 days after racing at the track for my back to quit hurting .sometimes ..a sharp pain will hit me in my lower back and down my leg that will take my breathe! but screw it ,i'll deal with it until i can't .i won't even go to the doc to see what's wrong .....< hard head! head like a diamond just not worth as much!

Damn that is the same day as the VA Beach race. I've been to the track and watch the 125/250 nationals there last year. It is a awesome track. Can I race it with a district 13 card?

I am not sure...I doubt it though. You might have to pay an additional 15, or 18 dollars for the D-7 card...dont quote me on that....I wanted to hit the Va Beach race myself There is another race at Budds 7/27.

That bumper really made the Front End look better. I agree with Rico PC the frame and it would look really awesome.
