wheels

I am looking into getting some wheels for my 300ex and the factory offset is 4+2. I want a wheel that is 4+1 which takes away an inch of width. this and +2 aarms equals the factory 400ex width, well what I was wondering was if a 3+2 is the same thing as a 4+1? The only wheels I can find are douglas rolled edge in the 4+1. I also want reinforcing rings or beadlocks, can that be done with rolled edge wheels? any info, or suggestions will be greatly appreiated.
