Howard (SGA) has decided that step down as a moderator on EXriders because of work and personal reasons which preclude him from spending as much time as a moderator on here as he feels necessary to adequately moderate the site. Being a moderator on this site is very tough and sometimes causes burn out and Howard wants to take a break. We appreciate all of his hard work with us - he has been a valuable member of EXriders and will still be around often but as a browser and site elder :)

Don't think of it as losing a moderator but rather gaining a very experienced member :D

The time has come for me to step down as a moderator. Due to changes in my work schedule, and other obligations at home, I just do not have the time to do the job as it should be done. The site deserves someone able to devote more time and energy to it. Ben and I have talked about this, and he understands completely. I am not leaving the site, just stepping down as moderator, to allow someone with more time and energy to take my place.

Thanks everyone. I'll still be around on a regular basis, just not as a mod. I'd better mind my P's and Q's, Rico and the shiney red button are out there.;)
