They are compression and rebound adjustable with Quad rate springs. They are in very good condition and set up for 185 pound rider on plus 3 arms. I had them on my 400ex. I also have a set of like new Houser +3 +1 Long travel A arms. $650.00 for the shocks and $450.00 for the arms OBO. Can send pics upon request.
