Hi Guys,

Haven't been on here in a while..hard at work. Checking for interest and looking for feedback.

Working on a Raptor 125 cylinder that will untilize an aluminum sleeve with a Nikasil coating.

Currently the Raptor 125 has a steel sleeve cylinder that does a very poor job at heat dissipation causing the engine to build extreme engine temperatures during race conditions. With a steel sleeve cylinder you are limited in how high of a compression ratio you can go before over heating the engine. These conditions would be similiar to a GNCC race where high engine demands are needed.

With an aluminum sleeve cylinder you will be able to run higher compression ratio's and not build near the engine cylinder temperatures that you would see from steel.

The cylinders will work with any piston ranging from an OEM 54MM up to a 150CC big bore

Complete cylinder packages will be available

Def interested. How is the 4V head research coming?

Hello Exhausted,

The 4 valve cylinder head is still in R&D stages, I would expect to have one completed by the beginning of December.

The Raptor 125 cylinders should be completed by the end of the month.

Thank you,
