You won't need hardwelded rockers on any 250ex cam because the rockers don't ride on the cam.

They should work, I haven't heard of any changes. 2001-2005 were interchangeable. You can always call Web Camshafts to be sure.

remember, if you get a cam for the 250ex, it is a lot of work to change, because it is not a drop cam in and is at the bottom of the engine.
