Located in Blue Knob, Pa. The states 2nd highest mountain. This beautiful mountain run has over 40 miles of trails, and has something special for every skill level. There is plenty of free parking as well as money prize drawings. Hot food and beverages will be sold at each checkpoint.

Registration will begin at 8AM and will close at 1PM

Run begins at 10AM

NO RIDERS WILL ENTER THE TRAIL AFTER 1PM

All riders must be off the trail by 5pm

$20 registration fee
Riders 12 and under $5

Helmets ARE required at registration AND on the trail

Open to all ATV's, UTV's, and Motorbikes (no 3 wheelers)

Event will be held rain or shine

ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED!!!!

DIRECTIONS
From Altoona/State College: Take I-99 South to exit 23 (Roaring Spring/Portage) Take Rt 164 west 8 mile to the Village of Blue Knob.
From Ebensburg/Pittsburgh: Take Rt 22 East to the Rt 164 Munster/Portage exit. Continue on Rt 164 East through the town of Portage. Continue on Rt 164 East 8 miles to the Village of Blue Knob.
From Washington/Baltimore/Bedford: Exit Pa Turnpike at Bedord exit 146. Take I-99 North to Exit 23 Roaring Spring/Portage. Take Rt 164 West 8 miles to the Village of Blue Knob.

Questions and Answers
Q. Does my ATV, UTV, or Bike need to have a license and Insurance?
A. Pennsylvania requires both but we have no authority to check for them.
Q. Can a bicycle helmet be used in place of a DOT helmet?
A. No.
Q. Why do you not allow 3 wheelers on your course?
A. Our insurance company does not allow them.
Q. How long is the trail?
A. It is slightly different every year, but on average it is between 35 and 40 miles.
Q. If someone rides with me, do they need to pay the registration fee?
A. Yes. These riders will be allowed to pull for a chance to win money.
Q. Are there checkpoints on the way?
A. Yes. There are 3 checkpoints on the trail. Each of them has hot food and drink available. There are also portable bathrooms at each checkpoint.
Q. What if my machine breaks down during the ride?
A. We have approx 60 volunteers that will assist you in getting your machine out of the wood and back to the parking area.
Q. What happens if someone gets injured?
A. We have multiple resources available. These include available ambulances and also ATV Rescue vehicles with medically trained people.
