Charging issue

So at the last Worcs race the bike shut off after he had finished the race on the track. It wouldn't turn over. Check the battery and found that it was at 4.something voltage. Put in a spare battery bike ran but found that it was not charging. I have check all the components per the manual. I have spares that I have plugged in to the system with no change. Any help would be great. Thanks

So after testing and testing we pulled the wiring stripped all the tape and found a broken wire. spliced it installed it and bam all good
