Hey guys ! name is Mike ! Im new to the forum ! Just got a 13 400x and cant decide between yosh f/s or lrd f/s !?!?!? Itll be a few weeks before I get em but any suggestions or opinions? i dont want to be the loudest but would like a power gain. ride alot of trails. I will jet with keihin jets, also when i switch exhaust i will run probably twin air or uni with ehs lid. Later i would like to cam and port and polish....possibly 416 or 426 bore...not sure....any suggestions ??? all will be appreciated ! thanks guys !

HMF Competition series, looks awesome, makes great power and has adjustable inserts for sound.

Thought about hmf heard they had good power increases but I think they were a little loud........wasn't aware if the changeable tips for different dbs. Thanks for the info

Got one on my YFZ and love it, can change the sound output based on where I ride.

I have a yoshimura slip on and powerbomb header on my 400. I like the combo.

i have always been a big yosh fan, never owned one though....bbut the lrd sounds good too just dont know there reputation, like yosh fmf or hmf. did you notice a power difference with the yosh ? i probably wont use the fmf header unless i use a fmf pipe.

I had always wanted one and found this one on craigslist for $150, it was basically new.. Any slip on or full system will make a slight dfference compared to the stock pipe. Make sure you jet it though. The power you gain is probably 50% pipe 50% jetting.

That's a nice bike man. I will jet it for sure. Loving the red hubs same thing I want with black wheels hopefully will get em by winter

i have a full lrd comp 4 exhaust on my trx and i love the power and it sounds good too

I really like the sound of the Ltd just concerns me of them not in business anymore not sure what I want yet....I think I'm set for the yosh.!! Thanks guys for the help!!!
