ttr-125 tranny problems

my buddy is having problems with his tranny he said when he rides in 1st gear it clicks but only in first please help out with this thanks alot mike

uhh-oh on my 125 1st gear ticked and then it went out and then 2nd gear ticked and it went out and prty soon my transmission was gone...all 5 gears...iwould get it fixed right away.....i dunno for sure tho
