Hi,
I was wondering if anyone on here has rebuilt their fox evol shocks. I bought a rebuild kit/new air sleeve after a rock came up and hit my shock and damaged it.
I replaced the seals/sleeve in the shock and now I do not get the clicking when I turn the low speed compression and the shocks are not the same compared to before the incident. I rebuilt both shocks and neither of them have the clicking now.
I am using 3wt maxima shock oil, IFP set at .400 from bottom, 200psi, all seals look good. If anyone could give me any tips or a hint as to why the shocks are not working the same I would appreciate it.
Currently they bottom out by just stepping on the front of the quad. I used to run 36psi main and 175 evol. Now I am running 55psi main just to get the ride height the same as previously and it still bottoms easily.
