can I polish my fmf Q

Can i polish my fmf q or not and will it look like a mirror? What should i use dremal and mothers if any thing at all or what it looks like this rigth now.:)

I have seen pics of polished Mega Max II's, so I would think you could polish it. How do you like that silencer?

I polished my e series and it turned out pretty good i think! it was my first time also!

i realy like it its not overly loud , i own a camp ground and i cant be loud but it dose add power . If you take the end cap off it sounds like a power core 4 so if you got a raceing end cap it could be power core 4 and a Q at the same time ,i think :huh

i polished my PCIV2 just used mothers at it a few times

I polished my megamax. If your pipe is anodized (mine was) then u first have to get off all of the anodization (sp?) then get down to the bare metal. I sanded mine, starting with 320 grit all the way up to 1500 grit. Then I polished with the dremel and mothers then with a buffing wheel on a drill.

Its pritty good it works well with my jet kit K&N air filter and ground head pipe weld.

i just took a a rotozip its like a dremel but more powerful i made the marking with tape adn cut around it, it doesnt sound to much louder my dad actually thought it was quieter but when im on it you can really here the differnce
i think it gave me more bottom and plus it looks alot better shorter than a big long thingi i will have pics sometime soon
need to get the film developed and scanned
