good deal?

im looking into a quad to race mx, i have a built 400 that will run with and beat the 450's in c class, but i plan to get more into racing eventually so im in the market for a 450. i found a 2004 450r that is already built for mx, it has a B&B racing engine out of riverdale, california (14.5:1 piston, hotcam, clutch, etc..), roll design lobo II front end +3, with elka lt shocks, elka rear (both are set up aprox for my weight), adjustable linkage, curtis sparks exhaust, +4 adjustable rear axle. also it comes with tires, built spare engine (without stator& clutch) and possibly new plastics. the guy selling it is my girlfriends brother, so the price is pretty much non-negotiable at $5000 lol. does it sound like a good deal?

I would take 5 grand in cash and when I got there to pick it up I'd try to get him to lower it down I'd look for anything that needs fixed and to me 5 seems good some people think it would be high some think it's low id tell him 4500 cash
