I really like the looks of R plastic! :D Sorry I dont know exactly what you need to do to convert it though. :(

umm i think you gotta make some brackets to raise the 250r plastic up so it will fit. because many people puty 400ex plastic on a 250r and all they do i think is just take off the spacer bracket that raises the plastic and they just bolt it on. cause im prtty sure that the nly problem is that the 400ex plastic sits higher on the bike

you can either make new brackets or i beleive youy can bend the 400ex brackets to make the front fit i dont know about the rear

from my understandin all u really need is to raise the back mount about 2 inches. but then it leaves a gap, u may need rear plastic too, which in turn means seat possible. i have a pic of someones 400 with r front plastic only. i dont remember whose though

Can't we just buy the race cut maier plastic for the EX. It doesnt have any headlights and kind of looks like the R. I really want one of those quad tech carbon fiber hoods for mine...but I dont know what else I need for it.
