Hoods

I have an 05 400ex, will the maier hoods for a 450r go on there clean and plush? what about a 250r hood? id rather not drill holes id like it to fit clean in the slots for the stock hood of my 400. i want a hood but id prefer it to be from maier because im trying to buy extensions for my maier handguards and they only come to $10 and maier requires a minimum of like $50 purchase to process an order and i cant find them anywhere else so i figured id just buy a hood

A minimum of $50? I bought a poly skid off their site awhile back that on clearance for only like $15 or $20 and they processed that.

Its something like that now they wont let me order just the extensions so im like well ill just buy a hood lol

If it's made for the '04-'05 450s it should fit yours perfect since it's an '05 that has the same exact stock hood. Unless they make them so you have to cut the plastics up to fit it even on the 450s, so I'm not positive.

what about 250r hoods?

Pretty sure all the 250R hoods won't fit without cutting up the plastics, not sure how much you would have to cut up on the '05-'07 400s though.
