The BLUE line is the dyno run from late last year. Spec's on that motor:

Stock head, virgin ports
Stock size valves in all 4 pockets
Hotcams Stg 1 cam
14:1 compression Sparks piston
Rossier Exhaust
Stock FCR carb
Stock intake boot with NoToil foam air filter
Stock ignition (green wire mod)
Factory cylinder
CRF head gasket

The RED line is the latest with the following mods:

Stock intake boot with NoToil foam filter
Ported head with my (R.C.) porting
Stock intake valves
+1 exhaust valves
Hot Cams Stg 2 cam
JE 13.5:1 compression piston
Cylinder Works cylinder with cylinder decked 0.010"
CRF head gasket
Rossier Exhaust
Stock ignition with green wire mod

I also found out from talking the quad owner that the rear axle is bent, which may explain the funny shape to the curve from 9000+ RPM on out. Dyno operator even pointed it out. The axle was bent in a race after the first dyno session, and before the engine tear down, rebuild and subsequent dyno session.

If the curve had continued on in it's path, it might have made another pony or so. :) Either way, I told my friend next tear down, I'd do some more to the head to see if I can squeeze another pony or two out of it. Fuel for both runs is Chevron Phillips Track Tek TT111 leaded racing fuel, a non-oxygenated fuel.

In summation, it looks like we have a bit less compression on the piston, a bit more cam, and virtually the same bottom end power, with no loss down low and an increase in mid-top power.

Now, it needs a bored carb, better intake, maybe a bit more cam, some exotic oxy fuel (MR12, MRX01)....
