450r xc gearing?

I have been out of the quad xc scene for about 13 years and I just got me a 450r. I am running 20" rears and wanted to know a good gearing set up.

what year is it. 2006 and newer leave stock. 04 people went down 1 tooth on the front sprocket. i think 05 also

its a 05. I got it already set up, but I am in the process of going through it and setting it up for me.

Put a 13 tooth on the front. I have a 05 too and once I dropped a tooth on the front sprocket I could lug it a lot more.
