Any one as a trick or way to repair a set of front fenders with broken attachement?
the rest of the fenders are mint condition its a bummer to put them aside... got them in a bunch of parts

I bought some little angle irons from the hardware store and bent them to fit and took some bolts and washers and lock nuts and put it together and never had another problem. I can put some pictures on tomorrow probably

i would do the 90 degree angle pieces. you can get them for mounting shelves or small cabinets or desktops. just a 90 degree piece that is about 2 inches on each side. you can bolt it to the plastics and the mount with ease. You'll be able to see a bolt or screw head from the plastics, but it won't be too bad and should be solid!
