Eton, Alpha Sports LG50

I have a problem with a Alpha Sports LG50. It is the same as an Eton 50. I can't get the gas to flow from the tank to the carb. If i disconnect the fuel line at the carb it will flow. I'm thinking there must be a vent on the carb that is pluged. Any help will be appreciated.

I'll help..
Take the carb off and clean it.
I'd rather think it's a float needle problem, but you'll find out. :)

I've had the carb off twice and cleaned. It is spotless. Float works like it should. The gas still will not flow with the line attached. Take the line off the carb and it flows.
