bottom end life???

after how many times the bottom end on a 400ex should be rebuild before a broken rod or crank bearing was gone?? mine is a 1999, i never rebuild bottom end, run stock for 2year, 416 1year and 426 for 1year, i see a lot of broken rod on the forum so it make me nervous about mine, what do you think??

In my experience, you'll lose 2nd or 3rd gear long before you lose your connecting rod - unless your using really high compression.
