Does any one have an idea what brand of sprocket hub this is (the right one on the pictures) ?
I have a durablue axle, but the sprocket hub that came with it has 2 cracks on the ears where the sprocket mounts :(.
The hub on the right came with a bunch of parts I bought from a guy, it fits perfect on the axle, the splines are identical, but it lines up different.

I cannot fit it right now because I'm waiting for my new bearings to arrive, but I'm affraid the chain will not line up as it should be, if I use this hub.

Look at the seal area. That wont work if it did line up.

I know, but I'm thinking if it would work if I grind some material off the hub until I get tot the splines, and put a spacer between the hub and the bearing

Looks like a really old Dura-blue hub.

Thanks guys, i've done some research and testing.
I don't even think the broken hub is the right one for a trx250r, the spocket doesn't line up as it should be.
If I look up pictures of an actual 250r hub, it has the round grooved area like the old style hub.
I think my best shot is using the old hub with a spacer.
