Looking to sell my 02 440 ex only thing is that it won't run. Well it runs but won't start with the batt and won't idle. Other than that it's a good bike. if you push start it then it will start and it runs awesome! It has maybe 1hr on the 440 and I have all the receipts je piston and rings, stage 2 hot cam, brand new yosh rs3 exhaust, cylinder was sleeved by a local atv shop. New valves and gaskets, newer chain on it. Has black plastics and bling star nerfs. Not sure if I should spend the money to fix it and then sell it or just sell it as is. I don't have to time to mess with it and I'm looking at getting a can am anyway. Price for how it is now and one for totally fixed and running perfect

I'm on my phone right now so can't post a pic I will later.

Well around here on craigslist, ebay or auto RV they are selling pretty cheap, even the nice ones...economy an so many out there...as is around here would be around 1000.00 to 1500.00....fixed and running top notch 2000.00

The thing is I don't have time. There isn't any good atv shops close to me. I would have to take it to the dealer. Which is gonna cost me an arm and a leg. If I'm gonna spend 6-800 to get someone to fix it I'm prob not gonna make anymore than 1500-2k off of it.

Yea, you're in quite a pickle. I'd say either try and bite the bullet and get it running, leave it sit till you have time, or try and get as much as you can out of it while it isn't running and just cut your losses.

Yeah I know I wont get what I want for it. I'd like to get at least a 1,000(i have that much tied up in new parts) What ever I get for it is going towards my down payment. Im just not sure what to ask as it sits.

Theres nice running 400s in my area anywhere from 1200-2500. Sold my 04 for 2200$ last summer that was in immaculate shape. Ones that need to be rebuilt seem to go for about 500-750$ in my area...
