Hey guys, I blew the rivets out of my big gun a while ago, so I cut it shorter and re drilled and riveted it and it held up for awhile but it blew apart again. So now I am running my Lexx shorty and it is way to loud so I was wondering if the DG R series would last for awhile? How does it sound? It's only 150 on eBay

There is a reason dg is cheap, they dont make decent stuff really.

Motoworks is what I would run on the cheap.

Alright, I'm just looking for a quick replacement and money is fairly tight as of now. I'm planning on getting a yz250f from a buddy in the near future

Check craigslist man. I got my power bomb header for $15 and my yoshi slip on for $150. Both looked new

on the 400ex when it comes to slip ons you're not really looking for performance, because almost any brand will give you close to the same results. Check out the lexx slip ons, they are around $160 new and hold up very well http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-TRX-400EX-1999-2008-Lexx-MXe-Slip-On-Exhaust-Silencer-/271167972367?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f22dee40f&vxp=mtr

The dg pipes really aren't bad quality, my friend has been running one for years. Their nerf bars and bumpers are solid too! I just know that the baffles come loose after time, but most exhausts that don't get serviced will do this too. Gotta keep good packing in them.

fwiw, i ran a lexx on my 2007 for 2 years and it got alot of hours in those 2 years. great pipe and can be loud if you take the spark arrestor out, or quieter if you leave it in.

Ya I had a Lexx before, but I just like how the DG looks. I know I'm not going to see any power increase from a slip on, but I was wondering how they held up
