I stated this project about 15 months a go, it's a frame from the early 90's. I sent it out to Scott at Laeger and Mark did a GREAT job cleaning it up at a GREAT price too...

Looks great, really like that red you picked for frame color.
Do you mind sharing some information on those Rath pro-pegs? Where can I get a set?
Thanks,
Dan

Rath ... Yes.... Pro Peg Frame Yea..... Rath will make them up with your spec's... You might have to call a few times before they say yes but they will make them up... It all comes down to the CASH!!!!! Heel Guards would be nice but he wouldn't do them. I tried!!!!!

You can probably buy a set of bolt on ones for a 450r off ebay or maybe the for sale section and they should bolt right up to your pegs. Like the 2 piece style they sell not the big huge signature series ones.

If I remember they were about 275.00 for the nerf's. I faxed a lay out with tube size and the measurement
for the pegs.

The pro-peg nerfs I got from Rath were the same price as the comparable 450r model

The picture that showed the radiator in, but no lines connected.. I have witch looks to be the same radiator and when mines all bolted in place, the bottom exit, spout, where the fluid comes out lol whatever you wanna call it... Mine is so close to the vertical frame support.. I think I'll have to have my brand new radiator rewelded. I'm going to cut the angled tube and make it come out straight so I won't have any clearance issues. It sucks so much and is a huge design flaw I believe. There was just absolutely no way to get a radiator line mounted... Any help.. Info . Ideas .. My quads so close to being together I can taste it !

I did have to cut the hoses to fit but all good. I did have after market red hoses but I didn't like
them and I found a set of stock hoses and they worked great.
