Just finished putting together a 2004 YFZ450.
Right now I am currently breaking in the motor and I am about halfway through the first tank of fuel. Should be done breaking in the motor in the next couple days. You can run pump gas but it runs much better on race gas. Let me know what kind of fuel you will be using so i can jet the carb accordingly. I have the pink slip.
Motor:
New 12.5:1 Compression piston(JE)
New crank and rod(2006)
New main bearings
Oil mod done on the cases(2004-2006 had a oiling problem and this case mod solves it)
New Cylinder
New Cam Chain
Head was disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and reassembled.
Transmission was inspected and worn parts replaced
Carb:
Aftermarket a/f screw
New CT Titanium Needle
Exhaust:
Rossier Full System Race Exhaust
Intake:
Pro Design Pro Flow intake and GYTR filter(K&N) with outerware
Suspension:
Elka Elite Stage 4 Shocks front(Dual speed comp+rebound)
Elka Stage 3 rear(Comp+rebound)
+2 A arms Front
LSR Axcalibur +3 adjustable axle
Jansen Outlaw Swingarm
Elka Linkage
Misc:
AC Nerfs w/ heel guard
Aftermarket battery box
Brand new battery
AC Bumper
Dual Row Bearing carrier
Aftermarket brake stay

Tires-Let me know what you are going to use it for and I can probably throw a set of tires on that would work for the type of riding you do. The front wheels are douglas 10 inch. the rear wheels will depend on what type of riding you do.

Right now I'm breaking in the motor so if you come get it before its broken in i can let you know how to finish breaking it in and i have a track at my house so you can ride it to see how you like it.
