Head nut torque

Trying to get my sons Eton Viper 90 up and running, just bought a new 52mm top end kit, new studs and nuts.. Question is does anyone have the proper torque for the head nuts and also for the reed cage/intake bolts... Thanks...

head bolts are 12 ft lbs or 144 in lbs and i am pretty sure the reed cage is 6 ft lbs but alittle past hand tight with some sealant seems to work just fine.
