Special OEM bolt needed for restoration '88-'89 only (WTB)

I'm looking for the far rear most OEM skid plate bolts that hold the rear of the skidplate up under the carrier area. These two bolts are special only in that they are unique to the '88 & '89 TRX 250Rs. They might have been factory installed on some other model Hondas, but I haven't found that to this point. I know this may seem ridiculous to many, but I'm trying to get this particular '89 R build as 100% OE as possible. Here are a few pictures of the bolt I need. The large flange is not spin-able like other factory skid plate bolts with a permanent affixed washer. It also has a specific looking head, not common. Honda part # 90156-HB9-770 (discontinued). Overall length 27mm. Thread length 18.5 mm. I'd buy any NOS or used, as I replate used OE hardware. Thanks for any help!

That bolt was used on the 88-89 250R's only, no uses on other applications listed.

Looks like it was also used on 86 and 87 TRX70 front and rear wheels if that helps.
