Stock cobra 70 shifter and bogging at extended high rpm like 2-5 seconds on top end. It is like it is running out of gas?

try running your fuel line from tank to carb bypass the filter and cockpit . some times a failed cockpit will do that . and what color is your spark plug .maybe your jetting is off from the warmer weather
