Hi, I'm kind of a newbie here. My question is about putting the ebay 48mm crank in Kasea 90 cases. I have just purchased the Ebay 78mm tall 54mm bore cylinder and head kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Big-Bore-kit-54mm-78mm-Eton-Dinli-Polaris-Kasea-quads-/230962126317?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item35c66a5ded. I don't trust my stock crank and would like to go bigger. Would I need to add a cylinder spacer and what exactly needs to be machined? I have a lathe and die-grinders but, no mill. Is it just skirt trimming and con rod clearancing? Would the port timing be good?
Thank for any advice
