2003,ran fine,loaned it to a friend who replaced the throttle cable and now it's really hard to start but once started runs fine. recently had the carb rebuilt,cam chain replaced ,water pump replaced,Valves/shimmed/adjusted at the same time .all this was done prior to starting problem. once started it easily starts right back up and runs great,my friend also cleaned the carb because he was having problems getting it started. Any ideas? His thoughts were might have something to do with the choke.
