special thanks goes out to burgard cycle....if he didnt invest his time, expierence and expertise this quad would be like most of the rest...a bolt on quad. there are many brand new never seen components on this z400. the research and developement where done at his facility and by him personally. thanks again BURGARD CYCLE:macho

the engine sounded sweet....and after the pics we got in a lil seat time

here are the brake line clamps supplied by C&D racing.....and made by atv fourplay. the worked perfectly and a wise investment

here is a pic of the new style BURGARD a arms. the feature a fully encapsulated and sealed ball joint. they are sealed and seem to work awesome. they are tripple plate show chrome and +1 width. he has them in production now and will be available for all the popular sport and race quads.

its translucent blue. yeah the yellow and blue look ok...but the 400 ex yellow is a bit orange and the z400 plastic matches the blue better IMO

thx but zracer did all the work:p he deserves the credit on a fine quad. it was pretty cool working with him and watching it all come together. it was also interesting watching the new parts be designed for the z400.

You have made my decision for me . I think i'm gunan be getting a Z400 . That bike looks sooooooooo sweet . I waited for Honda long enough and now I've lost interest in them . If they would have made something new for this spring I'd have got one but Suzuki is looking really appealing now . Z400 here i come . Nice pics by the way
