Alright so I literally just paid for a White Brothers Aluminum Pro full exhaust and I just wanna get an idea of where to start with my jetting. I'm close to sea level, all stock motor, I have the HRC main and leak jet in the carburetor already, and the airbox is currently on but I would like to take it off when I get the exhaust on.

Suggestions?

no bigger then 170 main 48 pilot keep the HRC needle its a good mildly modded needle

I saw others posted 180... for the +06 fcr carb 180 is huge only very modified run this much of a main,

if you totally remove air box it could go as big as 175 with that setup, but with just lid removed and a WB pipe start 170 and work your way down to Im guessing 168

Yeah, I actually don't have the HRC needle and I have a stock pilot, should I pick up those two things? And since they don't sell the hrc needle what kind of needle would be a good alternative?

needle NCVQ is about the best running needle for a highly modified motor,

if you can get the HRC needle that would work about the best on mildly modified motors, if you search the web you can find them,

your stock pilot might be a little lean, if you notice it hanging up returning from high rpms to idle then go to a 46 or 48 pilot

I believe this is the part number I used,

on HRC needles there are 2 different types of heads one nail like above 06and the other just has the slots for 06, they will both work if I remember correctly
