ok I have a few questions if anyone has had experience running a TM DESIGNWORKS chain guide with a sprocket guard is there enough clearance to make it work?

heres a pic of it mocked up to see

GT Thunder should have the lower Elka bearing. The caliper bushing is available from your favorite Honda parts source. I have no firsthand experience with the first question, but you could probably shorten the guide if you needed to (grind/cut).

The TM Designs Chain Guide didn't work very well for me. I ended up taking it off my bike. It would hit the ground and ended up doing more bad than it did good while being on the bike. I have had plenty of hours on my bike with no chain guide at all while just running an outer sprocket guard.

For your lower Elka Shock Bushings, call John Curea at MX Tech. He is the guy I go to for my suspension needs and is a very nice guy! I am sure he can hook you up. I PMed you his number.

Here is a link for the rear brake stay bushing. It is #4 on the list,
part #43483-HB5-670.

You could always space the guard out with a couple washers if you are dead set on running that TM guide
