off idle stalling?????? HELP

ok engine starts fine
but lets out a lean pop as soon as it starts to spin and then starts
problem
when you put in gear and try to take off it bogs and dies
yes i pulled choke and same scenario

any ideas

open box
full rossier
plus 1mm ex valves
48 pilot
hrc needle 3rd clip

valves were to tight in mine and holding the valve open enough for lean condition
