Theres quite the variable of questions to ask for the proper answer here.

What carb?
What filter?
Oil injected or premix?

That should cover the jetting. The CVT is a whole different animal..

What belt
What gearing
Whats the desired goal?

These are the questions needed to give good answers to you, from there we can all offer good assistance.

Are you running a cast iron cyl. or a aluminium cyl.? To get you real close
42 pilot, 112 to 115 main at 40 to 50 degree temps with stock 90 pipe. 782 Belt red malosi use 3.25 rollers you may have to use 3.25 mixed with3.5 or it may want all 3.5 rollers really need to know how much squish and compression the motor has to put you spot on. The less the squish or the less the compression the lighter the rollers!! Are you running MX or XC? 19- 35 and 19-34 sprockets work best for MX in the 50 limited class. Also the Silver holeshot spring from Marc at hot quads with 3.75 works and last forever also keeps the motor in its power range, or rpm range. Hope this helps

Ps. Also need to know what your clutch stall is? or what rear clutch you are using and what clutch springs are in it? At what RPM is the CVT engaging?

Depending on the year it may be a 90 pipe DRR put 90 pipes on 2011 to current .Some came with a smaller pipe. The 90 ppipe will have two springs at the bottom of motor that hooks the pipe to the head pipe, the older 50 pipe is onepice that bolts stright to the head with no head pipe. if you do not have the 90 pipe I would get one! Also take the rear shoe springs and replace them with some 2500 shoe springs this will bring your stall up and help with better throttle response, and better starts.
