I am heading out to the Silver Lake Dune area in late April and need some 20x11x9 sand tires. I would like to stay in the $100-$180 range. I am looking at the ITP Sand Stars, Maxxis Razr Blades, Sedona Cyclones and Kenda Geckos. I will be running my ESR 310 with low/mid porting, ESR type 6 pipe, 38mm Airstyker, V-Force 2 Reeds and Tech 3 Hipers. There are many opinions on this, but I would like to hear from the R guys.

I Like the Haulers too on my 330 but I have Sand Stars on a stock bore R for the GF. If You are only picking from those four tires you mention,,,,, the Sand Stars are your best choice. You would be better of with knobbies then Geckos.

Ive had luck with the haulers at Silver Lake. Especially if you are dragging in the damp sand with larger pebble & sand. They handle the fluff well also.
drawback is control in fluff in 3rd/4th gear sideways. lil unpredictable.
Id like the know more of the benefits and drawbacks for the amount of paddles on the skat trak haulers.

More paddle the more....
Less paddle better...
