streamlines stick stabilizer

I have a brand new never used streamlines stick stabilizer for a trx450r using aftermarket stems with a diameter of 1.25''. But you can get diffrent clamps of streamlines. I have the book that came with it and its 7 way adjustable.I gave 130. for it ill take 100 shipped no less.

Is this the same as a Gibson? Do you know if it will work on a houser stem?
