ok im seeing what everyone is running for jets in their 06's .
I have full wb exhaust
mod quad filter and ring
running lid but it has 6 grommets in the lid ..

I am getting an obnoxious *** back fire and pop on decel.. I will be pulling the carb tomorrow to see what the jets are at now, I have no idea just got the quad a month ago.

The NCVQ needle is the way to go. It's a Yamaha needle. From a dealer or on ebay. Just don't tell any one you have a Yamaha part on your quad. 48 pilot sounds good. Clip one up from the bottom on the needle. 175 sounds good with that lid off.
